Creating injury-free athletes through mindful movement
The Athletic Performance Workshop is an ongoing, open, and mindful approach to movement, creating a foundation of inner concepts and practices that will help prevent injury and cultivate well-balanced athletes of any level. Incorporating Eastern martial arts philosophy, these concepts will help athletes develop self-awareness of movement. Our goal is for athletes to achieve balance both mentally and physically, so that they may effectively respond to high pressure, game time situations.
These advanced practices provide the building blocks to create injury-free, well-balanced athletes that will allow them to break through to peak athletic performance.
